Moments has planned & coordinated weddings from Thompson, Manitoba, Calgary, Alberta, Las Vegas, Nevada, to Perth, Australia. The distance in miles may have been many but the communication was like you were right in the same room.

This package assists the couple in planning and those couples who are experiencing the difficulties that are sometimes faced during planning afar. We can help select locations, if you have not already, such as a Sandals Weddingmoon® ,Moments is your Sandals Specialist who can arrange the booking, planning and wedding details, even the RedLane® Spa treatments, such as the couples massage on the beach before you say “I DO”.
Some of the difficulties in planning out of the country weddings is the contacting and connecting with the resort and the communication back and forth, can be nerve racking especially when they work the same hours you do or when they are awake it your hours to sleep! Moments can step in and act as a liaison to the process you began and provide the resort the details of what you want for you wedding day.
Moments Wedding & Event Planning can assist with planning a group activity, arranging transportation, welcome gift bags, a timeline of events for your guests and resort representative, also in assisting in arranging your floral needs and requirements.
We can also attend the destination wedding on site to ensure a flawless finish to your special day.
